The Effect of Employee Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT Sarana Baja Perkasa Site OKI

This study aims to determine the effect of employee job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population used in this were all employees at PT Sarana Baja Perkasa Site OKI totaling 146 people, sampling technique slovin formula with a failure percentage 10%, so number samples obtained was 59 people. data collection questionnaire method. processed using simple linear regression analysis method SPSS software as an analytical tool. results indicate that has negative and significant intention contribution independent variable, namely satisfaction, explaining 45% dependent intention, while rest is influenced by other variables not examined such as: stress, career development, loyalty, work environment, facilities, organizational commitment, financial/non-financial compensation. findings imply can be increased means company leaders re-evaluating salary system improving company's promotion system.
